Total Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd was founded by Mr. Ho Wing Luang since 2004. Mr. Ho himself is a disabled person. He is active in sports and has many times represented the country in the Asian Paralympic sport in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines. He has brought honor to the country when he won third place in the sport of table tennis.

Total Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is prosthetics & orthotics service centre. TMS also supplies hospital & medical equipment. The company's headquarters is located in Ipoh,Perak and another branch in Kedah with total of 10 employees, including 3 Certified Prosthetics / Orthothics (CPO). The company also acquired the registration number of company,financial,e-Perolehan, and GST. This company managed to gain the confidence of the Government Departments / Agencies, Institutions of Medical and the public.

多德医疗器材私人有限公司自2004年起由何永伦先生创办。何先生本人是一名残疾人士。他积极参与体育运动，并曾多次代表泰国，越南，菲律宾亚运残奥会的国家。他在乒乓球运动中获得第三名，为国家带来荣誉。

多德医疗器材私人有限公司提供假肢服务，矫形器，医院和医疗设备供应中心。公司总部设在怡保，霹雳州，而另一家分公司就位于吉打州，共有10名员工，其中包括3名认证假肢/正畸医学（CPO）。公司还获得了公司，财务，电子百老汇和消费税的注册号。该公司获得政府部门/机构，医疗机构和公众的信任。
